Massage to the Rescue

Whether you're looking to melt the stress of the day away, or planning to participate in a physically demanding sporting event, we will provide you with a massage that suits you. Our therapists will listen to what you want, assess your posture and movement, and work with you to determine the best treatment.

We aim to significantly improve any pain and/or restrictions in range of motion, within the first three treatments. If there's little improvement within this time, we will refer you to a therapist or GP for further investigation or treatment. We aim to resolve issues, and don't want to have you back again and again if it isn't necessary.

We do recommend health maintenance, and suggest a monthly relaxation or remedial massage as part of your body care routine. This has the added benefits of staying aware of your body's condition, and staying on top of any dysfunctions that may arise, instead of leaving them until they become a debilitating problem.
