We value your comments and expect that our conversation will follow the general rules of respectful discussion and exchange of ideas. This is a moderated site, and we welcome comments from contributors that relate to topics on the Maroondah City Council Facebook page.

We do not discriminate against any views, but we reserve the right to remove comments that contain:

- content not relating to the subject matter of this blog, board, forum or site

If you are a journalist, please send questions to Maroondah City Council’s Media & Communications Officer through normal channels rather than by submitting questions here as comments. It is our policy not to post journalist questions.

We recognise that the Internet is a 24/7 medium and your comments are welcome at any time. However, given the need to manage council resources, we intend to review and post comments from 9 am – 8 pm Monday to Friday except for public holidays; and 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

We intend to review and respond to comments submitted at other times as soon as possible on the next business day.

To protect your privacy, please do not include information (such as an e-mail address, home address, or phone number) in the text of your comment that identifies you.
