We are constantly evolving and using new technology aids to assist us with the manufacturing of our Hovercrafts.
Most of our pattern making is designed in CAD and cut using a 2D cutting laser and 5 axis routing system.
This makes our parts very accurate.
The medium that we have chosen to construct our craft from is Fiberglass reinforced plastics. Commonly known as FRP or GRP.
The advances that have taken place in the last ten years in this area of construction are enormous.
The product called Kevlar, which came from the NASA program, has revolutionized our industry. Kevlar is used to produce the bulletproof vest and is widely used in the aircraft industry. We have also chosen to use a mixture of Kevlar and Carbon Fiber and Foam Core sandwich technology.
This enables us to build extremely strong but lightweight structures with low maintenance.

The next area of development is in the fan technology.
Most builders of Hovercraft have to rely upon a third party to give them the necessary fan data.
We have this information at our fingertips.
One of our team has been in the fan design industry for some 15 years.
We have all the fan selection data on computer and we are able to run all the possible combinations to come up with the best solution for the task.

We have developed our own programs that enable us to design hovercraft of almost any size. This freedom gives us the ability to design and develop solutions for a wide range of customer requirements.
The rest is simply a construction exercise.

All members of our team are skilled and qualified to work in their area of expertise.

Apart from Hovercraft manufacture we also have expertise in boat repairs, pattern making, fibreglass fabrication, automotive components as well as some aircraft components.
