We are a well-established independent school that broadens the choice of education in the rural community of Mansfield. The buildings and classrooms - innovative, attractive and environmentally thoughtful - are set in beautifully developed gardens and grounds.
The school has grown steadily since its inception in 1985. A stable, well qualified teaching faculty and specialist support staff provide an education of excellence, based on the work of Rudolf Steiner, to around 120 children from the early childhood years through to Class 8.
Our strong academic curriculum is balanced with a rich creative programme. Practical projects and physical activities round out the school day.
Graduates from our school move on to do well at the local Secondary College or at private schools further afield. Mansfield, set in rolling farmland amongst mountains, rivers and lakes, is a friendly, well-resourced country town with a vibrant cultural life and is a delightful place to bring up a family.
