Maningrida Arts & Culture is one of Australia's largest and longest running art centres, and is located in Maningrida, Arnhem Land, Northern Territory. MAC is proudly aboriginal owned and operated, and supports 250 active artists. Maningrida art is dynamic and innovative, reflecting the diversity of language and culture in the region.
All art works including bark paintings, weavings, baskets, fish traps wood carvings, and hollow logs, are created on country using natural materials.
MAC provides an industry and income stream to artists and their families in the Maningrida region-including 32 Outstations- and directly employs a strong indigenous work team.
