So we at “Man of Steel Fitness “decided to go down the road of more individualized training. I personally started training in 1999, and been doing it on and off ever since, after becoming a qualified Personal Trainer I decided turning something I love into my work. As “Man of steel Fitness “evolves, I will try to develop more of a group orientation, and educate our clients direct their training on their own. And then at some point, another path will be more individual training, where I know everybody has a different history, expectations, and demands for work or sport.
Our main training philosophy at “Man of Steel Fitness “is simple. It all comes down to: "Find the problem, fix the problem." I can train a bunch of endurance athletes, and I got a few of NRL players who willing to work with us in the off season.
