We envisioned creating a casual and “delicious” burger bun in Melbourne – We feel that the recent explosion of gourmet burgers around the city was missing one thing - gourmet buns. Melbourne is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world and is home to a dynamic scene and melting pot of flavors – With Mal's Burger Buns, we wanted to do something a bit different and so we have created flavorful burger buns inspired by Asian spices and ingredients fused with traditional American recipes. Mal's Burger Buns offers traditional and Brioche inspired burger Buns to restaurants around Melbourne.

The menu is the vision of Mal Dennis - Born and raised in Australia, he has worked with international restaurant brands throughout his career and with Mal's Burger Buns, he has brought the tantalizing flavors of the US to our doorstep here in Melbourne.
