At Making Strides we help our clients achieve optimal health and fitness using functional exercise based rehabilitation programs developed around the latest research on neural plasticity.

Our trainers are ESSA accredited exercise physiologists and have completed specialist training to offer the latest methods and techniques in spinal cord injury rehabilitation and neuro-recovery to give our clients the best chance to make strides in their recovery.

The goal of our neural recovery program is restoring our clients neuromuscular function to their maximum potential based on the nature and severity of their specific condition/injury. Some of our clients will reach their goals of standing and walking, while others may roll over independently or hold a loved one.
