John began his training in Muay Thai in late 2009 as a way to lose weight and get fit. Eventually he developed the skill, confidence, and discipline to fight professionally, where he still actively competes. John has fought competitors from all over the country and has fought for and won multiple titles.

John has travelled to Thailand many times over the last several years to develop his skills and deepen his passion for the sport, as well as studying and receiving his Diploma in Fitness.
