Mad Batter

Mad Batter is the brainchild of Sav Perera.

Whilst being an avid cook through her life, baking was not her forte as she had a fear of failing. Many trials, burned cakes, split buttercream batches and long hours in a kitchen trying to ice cakes in hot weather later Mad Batter was finally born.

Here at MB, we pride ourselves on making delicious cakes with the utmost love going into the process. We use fresh, local ingredients sourced in an around South Australia. We are a bespoke cake business -- each cake that you order is highly customised and meticulously brought into creation. As such, we do appreciate advance notice being given (1 week notice is perfect) so that we can uplift your next event with the cake that is perfect for you!

Our cakes start at $120 AUD for single tier buttercream cakes and $5 per cupcake (minimum order 12 cupcakes) and prices will be adjusted accordingly for each cake to account for the products and process involved. A base price list will be updated soon.

Please note that Mad Batter does not currently offer fondant cakes or fondsant-based wedding cakes or products, however we hope to do so in the future.
