You were probably expecting to start reading about how we started the company and our qualifications and stuff. Well that’s not us! I would rather tell you what we can do for you our future customers.
Don’t get me wrong qualifications are important and I’m quite happy to sit here and go through my education, and training, and my past experiences with companies that I have worked for, but that is boring. I’ll leave that to my competition.
Most of my time over the years has been travelling around formatting hard drives, installing operating systems and drivers, fixing printer, and network problems, creating backups, etc, I could go on for days. My point being that I made a lot of money for my employers and charged the customer well over $60 per hour with most jobs taking between 2 – 4 hours or more including travelling time.What if I told you that I can fix your computer problems in 15 minutes and all it would cost is $12.95. You would think I was lying and guess what, you’d be right!
What I will say though is for $12.95 as long as you have an internet connection I can perform all the things I said previously from the comfort of my desk into your PC or Mac. “But the $12.95 only covers 15 minutes of your time”, I hear you say. Well, yep your right again.
“Hey listen I’m supporting a wife and 2 adult daughters I need to make a living, sheesh”!
Ok seriously yes of course it will cost you a little bit more but what I can honestly say is that I can and have fixed a lot of issues for my customers within 15 minutes and am 100% positive on finding the fault of your issues within those 15 minutes and can then tell you whether I can fix the issue remotely and guarantee how long it would take or, what it will cost for me to come out or, for you to drop off the computer to me.
We have no hidden agendas, you will notice that we have a page here dedicated to pricing so that you know what you will be paying. I will always quote you a fixed price before any work is done, that is my promise to you.
