You’ve come to the right place.

Macedon Ranges Holistic Fitness is run by two legends, that’s us, Christine and Tarryn! We’ve known each other for 20 years and between us, have been in the fitness industry almost that long too!!

We’re local gals, who have been training a variety of people in a variety of places all across Melbourne for years. We love what we do and we want to see our local community thrive and reach long term health goals together.

We both currently work at local gyms, taking care of a wide range of people, with varying degrees of fitness and aspirations. What we do see consistently though, is so many of you, continually falling off the health and fitness wagon of a weekend. Too many people in the Ranges, allow social events, work commitments, bad habits and the rest preventing you from making a lasting change.

We need to start prioritising our health first. When you’re healthy and we mean truly healthy, everything else just falls into place. What we want to see is people getting out of their comfort zones, reaching new heights and gaining more understanding around nutrition and what it takes to truly reach your health and fitness goals.

To achieve this, you need the tools to set yourself up for success. Planning and understanding are key. You also need targeted, intensity focused; calorie burning sessions and the rest will just fall into place.

Here’s where we come in:

Fitness events and Wellness Retreats.

Our Fitness events are as follows:
An incredible 2.5 hr training session, followed by a 1/2 hr health coaching session including a healthy lunch and all the tools to help set up your week and the many weeks to follow.

You are also invited into our private group, where we provide exercise, nutrition and healthy lifestyle tips.

If you are struggling with training consistency, getting through those big week/ends and just aren't achieving long term health and fitness goals, you need this.
