M Yoga is designed to give you the tools to practice yoga in the most beneficial way in an intimate and supportive environment.

Each week, we focus on additional fundamentals of yoga postures or asanas that can be used in your yoga practice in and out of class.

Daily 4 sessions of yoga classes are arranged at 4 different times.
