M Heywood-Lane Counseling

My practice specializes in children and family counseling. I have worked with people with intellectual disabilities, ADHD, depression and anxiety. I have also worked in family mediation and group therapy relating to male family violence. Through regular sessions my practice is here to assist you work through any current problems you may be experiencing including life skills coaching. While I come from a cognitive behavioural therapy background, I also integrate other therapeutic styles.
