Lyrebird = Steiner inspired products

Lyrebird stocks a surprisingly large range of Steiner inspired products in our little shop. We source local, mainland and European items with an emphasis on quality, natural materials and items to stimulate imaginative play. We distibute in Tasmania for Mercurius Steiner school products, Honeybee toys, Winterwood craft materials, Sugar Plum craft kits, Sunshadow handmade slippers, and stock many more small makers of handmade craft, wooden toys, etc
When you drop in, if the shop is not busy we are always happy to teach you simple skills such as how to fingerknit, twist wool rope, blanket stitch etc. If you are stuck in the middle of making a Steiner doll, dont be embarrassed to bring it in for advice - "its never wrong, it's just unfinished"
