Our History

Lyon Conveyancing is a South Australian family owned business of Registered Property Conveyancers and proud members of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers SA and Real Estate Institute of SA.

Originally established in 1968 as M A Lyon Pty Ltd by Margaret Lyon, the company passed to Norman Russell in 1996 and became Lyon Conveyancing Pty Ltd. Lyon Conveyancing has now been operating for over 40 years and has become an Institution in Para Hills. It is well known for providing quality service and timely and accurate advice to its conveyancing clients.

In 2009, Mark Duffield (a former employee of the business) became the principal and owner of Lyon Conveyancing. Mark has ensured that Lyon Conveyancing remains a leading Adelaide conveyancing firm and that it continues to be part of the Para Hills and wider community for many years to come.

Lyon Conveyancing currently employs 3 Conveyancers and support staff. In all transactions, communication and attention to detail are paramount and your Conveyancer will keep you informed every step of the way to ensure there are no surprises upon settlement.
