Lyndoch Hill restaurant prides itself on growing as much fresh produce as possible, or sourcing it from other great local producers. The beautiful food you experience in our restaurant is grown by us, or is sourced as close to us as possible. The Earth, on which we stand, provides us with stunning vegetables all year round, as an example we grow our own silver beet, kale, herbs, chilli, carrots, peas, zucchini, capsicum, rocket salad, lettuce, fennel, rhubarb, just to name a few. Our team is dedicated to an ethical, sustainable and creative approach to food, farming practices and cultivation of the produce delivered to you for your pleasure.
