This is where I will begin to help make a difference in peoples lives. No matter where I am I want to be able to accommodate anyone of my clients in any of their questions regarding fitness and health. I am based in south Sweden (Skane) but I can reach anyone from my computer anywhere in the world. I decided not to directly run into a gym and work for someone else. Everyone has a different opinion about specifics in training and how they were taught to develop programs, I have been studying and continue to study even while developing programs for clients because you can never have too much knowledge. The fitness industry is constantly changing and growing, enable for me to keep up and stay ahead I must always be learning and studying. I learn from the people I meet on the way also.
I've always been a very active person. I was a dancer in grade school, played competitive volleyball, and always made it to the gym every day in between. I've been exposed to weight rooms and gyms since I was 14, and haven't left since. No matter where I was, even if I was stuck at home or on vacation I always came up with a way to get a workout, in my hotel room or out camping.
I believe being fit also means being mentally healthy as well, a happier healthy life needs a balance. A balance both mentally and physically. Meditation can help with any stresses or fears you have in your daily life. I know because it has helped me. I feel lighter and happier. I meditate, practice yoga and workout every single day. And I will help you get there.
