LUCID Health Coaching offers a straight up Personal Training service where You are the focus.

Fanny specialises in Gymnastic Strength Training and Stretching with a focus on the Mobility side. Fanny run regular stretch classes to improve peoples body awareness and flexibility. She also has a history of helping many women with training and guidance through a better lifestyle when dealing with a hormonal condition.

Luke has studied Neuroscience and is reading research on a daily basis that he continuously shares on the Under The Bar (UTB) podcast, where he's a regular contributor and also on Biodefined radio and Rig radio. Luke is also a lecturer on the UTB seminars. Luke is the PT to go to for Body Building and human physiology.

Together Fanny and Luke share a wealth of knowledge under the business name LUCID health coaching. They are seeing people out of Lift Performance Centre in Redfern.
