Lucia is also able to assist with various concerns including, but not limited to: life transitions, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, education and careers guidance, time management, grief, relationships, and self-development.
Lucia has developed a holistic style of counselling that integrates the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural aspects of life in a person-centred and solutions-focused approach to collaborate with clients in achieving their desired outcomes.
