WHAT IS IT?

Lucia is a Lucid Light Stimulator created, in 2009, by 2 Austrian medical doctors.

The Lucia is a lamp with a constant halogen light and flickering LED's. Computer programs regulate the combination, intensity and frequency of light flashing. Lucia is experienced with eyes closed.
