Lowood Kindergarten

Our Kindergarten and pre-prep curriculum encourages all children to use play to explore their Kindergarten environment and share experiences with each other, and with adults.
The emphasis is on learning and growing through individual, small group and whole group activities, helping each child develop to their full potential. Individual needs, interests and abilities are catered for with a flexible program that offers indoor/outdoor activities; music/movement, language/story time and children make their own choices regarding experiences.
The C & K Curriculum Framework “Building Waterfalls 2” is used to plan, implement and evaluate activities that foster development and growth for children aged 3 through 5 , and focusing on partnerships between children, parents/families and the community.
