Love Yoga

The Yoga in the Park class is only $10 per session and your first session is FREE! Please bring your own mat or we have mats for sale for $15 or spare mats to borrow for the session. All levels and ages welcome.

Feel free to hang around for coffee in the park afterwards.

No bookings necessary, simply show up on the day (cash only).

Embrace the Outdoor Yoga Experience...

Many aspects of yoga are in fact about being in the moment and at one with nature or the universe. Outdoor classes add a different dimension to one’s practice and pare yoga down to its original link with nature.

Being outside can intensify the yoga experience in many ways. Focusing awareness, breathing deeply, practicing stillness. Being outdoors can help to remind you that a breeze can deepen your breathing and the warm sun can deepen poses by making muscles more pliable.
