Seated Massage
If you've never experienced a seated massage before then you're in for a treat, seated massage leaves you feeling alert and energised, as well as easing sore, aching muscles. You get to stay fully clothed and there's no oil used.

*Seated massage appointments are only available for mobile group bookings, or at Inspired Wellness Yoga & Pilates, Morwell. Individual rate is $20 for 15 minutes, or $70 an hour for group bookings.
