Loewe Projects, formerly Progressive Properties, was started in 1997 and quickly established a reputation for building excellence.

We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and encourage our clients to get involved during the entire project. Our supervisors, our tradesman, our architects and our consultants have all developed over the years into a tremendously loyal team that takes pride in everything they do.

We believe the future of housing requires more than just the ability to continue to build houses but the foresight to evaluate and explore new building materials and techniques. We take this vision seriously and are extremely excited about what we have already achieved and what we are continuing to develop with regard to housing sustainability and our "Green Approach".
