HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING TO HIRE AN OUTFIT?
To make a booking to hire one of our outfits please email us at hello@loandlastudio to check availability and confirm your booking. We recommend commencing your hire period 1 - 2 business days prior to your event.

HOW LONG CAN I HIRE THE OUTFIT FOR?
The garment will be sent to you at least 2 days prior to your event. Garments are to be returned the day after your event. If this falls on a weekend or public holiday garment is to be returned the next available business day.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
Cash, direct bank transfer & paypal are accepted, AMEX is not accepted at this stage.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance is required the week of your booking.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you change your mind any deposits paid are held as credit towards your next hire. This credit is to be used within 12 months.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Return delivery is included in the hire price.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS?
For last minute bookings please email us at hello@loandlastudio.com as soon as possible! We will check if we are able to deliver to you in time for your event. An additional express delivery fee is required.

DO YOU HAVE A TRY ON SERVICE AVAILABLE?
A try on service is available within Sydney & The Illawarra, please contact us for further information. If you live outside of these area's you are welcome to a try on service. A $20 flat rate try on fee is required to cover return delivery.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE OUTFIT WILL FIT?
A size guide is available. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this as we are more than happy to help with any questions you have regarding sizing & the garment fit.

HOW IS THE OUTFIT DELIVERED?
The parcel will be delivered to you via a courier or Australia Post depending on your delivery address. If you aren't home the parcel will require collection from a depot or Australia Post outlet. Once the delivery has been signed for, it is the clients responsibility. We will provide you with tracking information and an ETA once the parcel has been dispatched to you.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER STYLE/ SIZE?
Yes! If you receive your hire outfit and it doesn't fit/ suit, you are welcome to request a size exchange (if available)/ style exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange this in time for your event.

DO I NEED TO DRY-CLEAN THE GARMENT AFTER WEARING IT?
No, we do all of this for you!

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGE OR STAIN THE GARMENT?
When hiring one of our garments please take care of it as if it's your own! We do however understand that accidents can happen and because of this we have an experienced seamstress and dry-cleaning team. Please advise us if something has happened to the garment, an additional dry-cleaning &/or alterations fee may be required.

HOW DO I RETURN THE GARMENT?
Simply pop the outfit in the return satchel included in your delivery. Please return the outfit by 2pm the day after your event. If this falls on a weekend or public holiday drop the parcel into any Australia Post outlet by 2pm the following business day.

WHAT IF I AM LATE TO RETURN THE GARMENT?
Please understand that your outfit may be booked out the following weekend, to allow for delivery and dry cleaning, the outfit must be returned as stated above. If there is any reason why you can't return the outfit on time please contact us as soon as possible! A late fee may be required.
