I am a life coach. I work with people to dream big and to achieve success in life. My passion is to assist in breaking down anything that might prevent you from achieving your purpose in life. No matter what stage you are at - you may not know what your purpose in life is. You may be on your way but have come to a place where you feel stuck & just not sure what direction to take. Or perhaps you may be feeling like you are in a great place, having achieved many things but you want to overcome something specific or take things to the "next level".

Whatever area it is - whether it be business/career, relational, or your personal life in general. Life coaching can help by providing clarity exactly where you need it. It also deals with of all the unhelpful strategies you may have been using such as procrastination and self-sabotage. It gives you an amazing sense of self-esteem, confidence and self-belief. You will learn how to make great decisions. You'll be able to live life full of reward. Congruent, authentic and purpose driven. Ultimately your sense of success will sky-rocket. You will experience a true FREEDOM like never before!

My coaching is incredibly empowering for my clients. This is because I have the strong belief that every single person has amazing potential within them. Everyone is unique and so therefore, your journey will be personalised.

Aside from this, I do group facilitation work with children in schools. I run the Yellow Lantern 8 week program, which focuses on public speaking and self confidence. It is great to be able to give children such a pivotal foundation that will set them up for life.
