Programs are tailored to your goals designed to be fun and satisfying!

No memberships or contracts, I may just be the perfect trainer for you!

For Individuals:
First sessions $60 for 1 hour - including consultation and fitness evaluation
All future sessions $55 for 45 minutes - location of your choice!

For Couples:
First Session $75 for 1 Hour - including consultation and fitness evaluation
All future sessions $70 for 45 minutes

Discounts Apply for 3 or more sessions per week.

Please Note: I am able to conduct sessions on my own property if this is better suited for you, or you do not have access to an area to train.
