Our outdoor and indoor classes combine the principals of yoga therapy with functional training to give busy people a 'one-stop-modality' of movement which gives them strength, stability and flexibility physically but also mentally.

LELD is a sister business to "Living Empowered Retreats" which run WOMANS WELLBEING RETREATS in Australia and overseas. A team of prestigious facilitators join our founder Carra Bolard 2 - 3 times a year to lead stressed and burnout woman from all over the world on a journey to better health, more joyful living and a deeper sense of self and purpose.

The last facet of this amazing family of businesses is "Carra Lee Collective". This is a retail store in the heart of James Street BURLEIGH HEADS, QLD, Australia and offers a wide range of natural- fibre, eco- friendly, colourful and charismatic clothing for woman which supports conscious living.

This stunning LIFESTYLE BOUTIQUE comprises of a mother store which houses active wear, swimwear and fashion and a newly expanded offspring named "The Collective Space" which offers locally designed and created product from in and around the Gold Coast.
