A workout suited for ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS! No matter who you are this workout will transfer you to your happy place, riding a wave of endorphins through to the end! The first time I did this I walked out drenched in sweat, but with the biggest smile on my face! You literally can not help but smile when you're doing this workout, it is SO FUN!
I participated in my first Konga class in August 2015, at about 4/5months pregnant with my 4th child. I was hooked from the get go! I continued attending right up until 36 weeks pregnant and was straight back into it 4 weeks pp! My LOVE and PASSION for this amazing workout has only GROWN, so much that I decided I HAD TO share it with more people! We ALL know how good exercise is for our health and fitness, but some times it can seem like such a chore. When you find something you LOVE, and that is FUN to do, working out isn't a chore anymore!
