Little Possums Play House Darwin

Little Possums Play House Pty Ltd is owned and operated by Geoff Goodrich. Geoff is the Managing Director and has 35 years experience managing a wide range of companies. In that time he has also been involved in many community organisations, particularly children’s charities and help groups. He has also had considerable experience on school boards and councils as well as parents organisations.

The staff have been selected to ensure our ‘little possums’ are given the best of care and they bring to Little Possums a wide range of life experience and skills.As well as locals we have carers from Sri Lamka, Canada, USA, Hong Kong, Ireland and Nepal. We are also pleased to be involved with Kormilda College’s Certificate 3 course in Child Care and provide practical experience for their students.

Our premises were originally built in 1947 and were the government offices on the present site of Woolworths in Cavenagh Street. They have been relocated and now are completely renovated and remodelled to provide us with a wonderful home with wide verandahs, high ceilings, beautiful gardens and all of the needs of a modern child care facility.
