<3 Pre-Order <3

You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. If Little Miss Mak (LMM) is unable to commence shipping the products on or before the 6 week anniversary of you placing the Pre-Order, LMM shall process a full refund to you. Your placing of a pre­-order constitutes your express agreement to Little Miss Mak of charging the full price of the products at such time.

<3 Returns Policy <3

We at Little Miss Mak are confident you will love your purchase, however, if you are not fully satisfied and require a refund then please read the following for more information:

* We are happy to accept a refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. However, we do not refund for change of mind.
* There are 2 ways to return your goods 1) Via post - at your expense 2) Delivery to Little Miss Mak
* All items must be returned in their original condition, this means all packaging and labels must be attached.
* You are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us and we do recommend that you use the registered post option as we will not take any responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail. Please allow up to 21 days for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed.
* Postage charges on returns are non refundable.
* Goods must be received within 7 days from date of invoice.

Little Miss Mak is happy to refund your goods within 7 days of purchase, but not for change of mind. The purchase price of the goods will be refunded excluding post. All goods must be returned in receiving order. If items are deemed by us to be marked or damaged by the purchaser, a refund will not be processed and a return shipping fee charged.
