For all standard orders (1 Item) , postage is - $8.95

For all orders between between 1 - 5 items (depending on size of the item), postage is - $10.00

For all orders 5 peices or more, postage is FREE! ( Australian Residents Only )

EXPRESS POST IS $12.00 Australia Wide.

Once you items have been handed over to Aus post, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products.

As per Australia Post Guidelines, you need to wait up to the full 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. Please note - Scanning a trackable parcel is conducted at AP locations and lack of tracking registration may be due to their system errors.

If you have been issued a tracking, but no information is showing after 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email, please contact Australia Post directly and follow their instructions on how to lodge an enquiry.

How long does delivery usually take?

We give an approximate time of delivery between 3-8 weeks, this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays or production delays or public holiday periods. We also take in consideration the amount of orders that we are processing. While our turn around is relitavley quick and easy, there can be delays which are out of our control.

Please understand that delivery time may vary, depending on where you are. Please see Australia Post online for delivery times.

How do i know when my item is on its way?

You will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information ( where applicable ) to the email address you provided when ordering.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you to let you know. We will work through the options with you!

While we we try our best to make sure everyone is happy, we understand that there may be issues which are hard for us to rectify.

What happens if I cancel my order?

Preorder payments secures your particular preorder, but it is non-refundable. An admin fee including preorder deposit amount and cancellation fee is a total of $10.50 (AUD)

My order hasn't arrived within the time frame you have indicated!

We understand that this may be frustrating, and we share the frustration. We don't delay orders on purpose. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order.

Please note :
We we will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour, and your order will be cancelled and refunded ( less the cancellation fee of $10.50 AUD ) if we find particular behaviour upsetting to our staff members.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice, and alter information at any given time.

Also, tracking information is used for locating missing or lost articles, and this is not a courier service. If your information shows an incorrect status, please contact Australia Post directly.
