We also stock headbands, shoes, accessories and plenty more items for your children! We take pre-orders and if there is anything you would like us to find, please email us and we will be only to happy to help.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Purchasing from my site is easy. Simply comment "SOLD" on the photo/s of the item you want to purchase. Leave your email address and size/colour information (if required). Invoices are sent out daily at the end of each day. If the item has sold out, you will receive an email back advising you of this. We place pre-orders so if you want to order, we can place this for you. We offer a 2-3 week Turn around time on most stock. This is fairly accurate however, occasionally items will be delayed. We will advise you the moment we receive stock and also advise when it will be posted.

Payment can be made by DIRECT DEPOSIT only. Payment is required within 48 hours of receiving my invoice. Any invoices that are outstanding after this time frame are automatically cancelled without warning.


POSTAGE

Headbands & small items can be sent for $3.50 in a padded bag, clothing etc up to 500gr is $7.50 and 500g-3kg is $12.00. These prices do not include insurance, we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post, insurance is available for an additional price.
Please ask about insurance when you purchase or it will be sent regular post. We also combine shipping. If however, your item has already left our office, we can not reduce any shipping costs.

We post 3 times a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Special requests will be taken if you need the item urgently. Please ask when making your purchase.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Some of the garments we sell are very delicate, especially any of our items that have tulle on them. Lace & satin rompers and lace/tulle dresses should be hand washed only. We accept no responsibility if you do not follow these instructions.
Some of our products may contain small parts which could pose a choking risk so please only use with adult supervision.

REFUNDS

There will be no cancellation or refund after payment has been received.

Refunds are only given on faulty items. Contact must be made via email within 7 days of the item being received. After this time we will not accept any returns.
