Lithgow City Rangers

Lithgow City Rangers (or LCR) is a friendly, family focused football (Soccer) club based in Lithgow, on the western edge of the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia

We enter teams in the Lithgow and Bathurst district competitions and cater for players of all ages and abilities from Under 6s through to open age men's and ladies teams

We have our own home ground, Rangers Park, located on the Castereagh Highway at Lidsdale approximately 2km from the Mudgee turnoff

Rangers Park offers one full sized field, a training / warm up area with a second full sized field in the final stages of development. Our clubhouse has home and away changerooms, full amenities and a well stocked canteen

We were founded in 1970 and have had a long and proud history with many representative players graduating from our ranks.

The club has a strong focus on developing the best in our young players and providing them with the opportunity to experience the best the football world has to offer. A unique experience the club offers is our regular junior tours to New Zealand. Since 1986 LCR have taken 9 groups of our younger players to New Zealand to compete against our cross tasman cousins
