Comprising a totally renovated, large, elevated and breezy, fully furnished and self-contained 3 bedroom home with fans and air-conditioning throughout is set amongst a lush, tropical garden, including many fruiting species. Backing onto maintained bushland and with 2 very large balconies, a BBQ and outdoor dining setting as well as lounge area and hammock ensure maximum enjoyment of the natural ambiance and plethora of bird life. Sleeping up to 10 people ‘at a pinch’ (3 x queen beds, queen sofa bed and a couple of air beds on the floor), there is an ensuite to main bedroom and a separate bathroom and toilet. The pool and Bali Hut are beckoning your arrival.

Perfect for family or small groups, Litchfield Tropical Retreat is serviced on a per stay basis (or weekly if stay is 5+ days) with gardener and pool cleaner supplied.

A Port-A-Cot and high chair are available at no extra cost. The property is fenced however no pets are allowed.

Located on the edge of Batchelor township (an easy 1 hour, picturesque drive 100km south of Darwin CBD) Litchfield Tropical Retreat is conveniently situated nearby to various attractions and activities, including:
