Musculoskeletal Therapy/Clinical Myotherapy is a form of manual therapy that focuses on the treatment and management of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction of the muscles, joints, and nerves.
A typical treatment session would involve a physical evaluation including postural assessment, functional and neural testing which will help determine the cause of pain/dysfunction.
Following the assessment, a treatment plan will be devised which may include any of the following techniques:
-dry needling
-cupping
-joint mobilisations
-muscle energy techniques
-myofascial release
-stretching
-trigger point therapy
-remedial massage
-muscle activation
-kinesio taping

Thursdays 8am - 6:30pm
Fridays 8:30am - 6pm
Saturdays 9am - 12:30pm
