The space

Your bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, reading lamp, overhead fan, shutters are on the window to block out noise, heat/cold and light. A electric blanket is on the bed for winter nights.
Very good Wifi is available. As is chromecast from your device to the TV. A printer is available for your use. A shelf in the fridge is ready for your use. A light breakfast of toast and cereal is provided. Unlimited tea and coffee and filtered water for you all day.
You have use of the washing machine (soap powder provided free)

Interaction with guests

I'm happy to socialise with you or let you have your privacy. There are plenty of areas for you to watch TV, read or sit alone.
I'm available for any questions you may have. Please ask.

The neighbourhood

Parmelia is a very green leafy area. 10mins drive from the beach and Rockingham. Kwinana Strip (industrial area) is $9-$13 uber ride away.

Getting around

Bus to train station is 25metres. Train is 2.5kms. Perth by train is 24 minutes $6.50
Aldi, Woolworths, Dan Murphys liquor, Tavern, Library, Gym, Recquatic centre, shopping centre are all just 10 minute easy walk away.
Domestic and International airports are $6.50 by public transport (80 minutes), Uber $60-$80 or a private chauffeur can be organised for you approx $100

Lucy is a laid back Shepherd x Red Cloud Kelpie dog who loves people and getting pats and tummy scratches. She is very well behaved and sweet natured. Lucy will bark loudly at strangers but immediately settles once she has met you.
