Lil Tortilla Boi is an upcycled mobile cart with a 'unique food vehicle license'.
Cohen Shirley and Rose Angus are a young New Zealand couple specialising in authentic, hand pressed corn tortillas. They bring some of the tastiest local Mexican food to you with heaps of flair and hot sauce!

We believe that cooking and eating should be fun and try not to take ourselves too seriously while still creating healthy and delicious food for you. We have a conscientious approach to running a business sustainably and while we're not totally there yet... recycling, reducing waste, shopping responsibly (free range, organic, locally and seasonally) fair wages and good communication with our customers and each other, are all very important things to us.
