At Lifting the Bar we not interested in the latest fitness fads and trends. Big biceps and honed abs are nice, if that’s your thing, but they are not our priority. We’ll probably beg to differ with whatever you’ve read in a magazine or seen on television. We are not concerned with what is popular, only what works.
Our mission at Lifting the bar is simple. To make you stronger, in body and mind. A stronger you is a healthier, more capable human being. Stronger can mean going longer and harder in your chosen sport, but it can also mean playing with your grandkids or carrying your own groceries. It means reduced injury risk, more durable bones and pain-free joints. It means independence as you age. It means quality of life.
