Lift

In our daily lives it is sometimes hard to remember that we are more than just minds and bodies. We are spirit also.

Lift offers a place of elevated consciousness. A place to experience art and sound that enhances and enlivens our daily experience. That gives a lift!

Lift is home to Australia's largest collection of spiritual and energy art. This is art created with the intention of healing and uplifting. Local, national and international artists will feature in the gallery.

The main gallery area of Lift will host a discovery centre exploring sound and light. Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and a host of other sound artifacts will be available to try. Colour and light therapies will also play an important part in Lift’s educational focus.

An mp3 player is available to every person entering Lift. A menu card details how to track up explanations of what sound and light therapy is all about; samples of sound therapy modalities at work (such as harp therapy and harmonic overtone singing); or to listen to music that compliments specific visual artwork on the walls.

Practitioner rooms are located behind the main gallery. Local therapists, who offer a myriad of healing modalities, will be available for consultations.

SoundSpa from Montville will move into this area and continue to offer sound baths (harp and voice).

Lift is already a well known concert space. The successful ‘Music with ‘Art’ series currently runs monthly in the gallery. The venue also has two large workshop and seminar areas.
