Lifestyle Tennis Academy

The Lifestyle Tennis Academy(L.T.A.) was originally started by me(Patrick), with the aim of helping elite or serious tennis players "turn pro" or play the game at the highest possible levels. Having worked with over hundreds of students one on one and in group settings though, I realised that not everyone wants to be a pro and travel on the tennis Pro tour. Given this realisation, I decided to open the academy up to everyone no matter what their tennis goals were.. and the response so far has been fantastic!

You see, since about the age of 7 tennis has been my number 1 passion. It has literally consumed me and not a day goes by that I don't think about playing this sport or teaching it to others. Weather you aim to be a pro tennis player, College player, compete in AMT's, play in tournaments, play club competitions, get fit, or just be good enough to beat your friends ;) I am confident that the L.T.A. can help you get there!

The L.T.A provides a wholistic approach to learning tennis. Everything from the technical, tactical, physical and mental sides of the game. The skills learnt in our classes are meant to be transferrable to all areas of life so you can be as successful as you wish in any area.

We offer all kinds of services at the L.T.A, including but not limited to:
- private and group tennis coaching
- racket re-stringing
- tournament/training scheduling
as well as much more.
