Lifestems is about being creative with recovery from chronic illness, or being creative about terminal illness as well. We give so much time to birth, the preparation and training, yet is is not like that at the other end. There is so much anxiety about dying, but we spend so little time preparing, that when it is time, we are not ready. My aim is to help people live well with terminal illness, or help prepare for a good death, with dignity and without regret.
