Life Transitions Counselling

I am a professionally trained and accredited counsellor, intuitive healer and Reiki Master, and am studying towards qualification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, because my passion is for supporting people living with chronic illness to achieve psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing.


I have studied conventional western and eastern approaches to understanding human behaviour and behaviour change.

I support clients living with mood disorders, grief, chronic disease, depression, struggles with body image and sexual identity, and representing diverse gender.

For those who need to talk to a counsellor but are uncomfortable visiting an office or limited by geography, we can arrange to meet over the Zoom platform, with payment by PayPal prior to the session.

Additionally, I offer Usui Reiki healing and meditation practice from my room in Brunswick, and personalized healing rituals.
