What should you expect from a counselling session?

Counselling sessions are generally one hour in duration and primarily focus on:

Gaining an understanding of the difficulties you may be facing in your life

Supporting you in making the changes needed to improve your personal, relationship or family situations

Helping you work towards psychological wellbeing

Many of our counsellors and psychologists offer flexible appointment times, including evening and weekend appointments.
