Life REVIEW is a company committed to auditing your life; your health, your beauty, your happiness. By reviewing your life through a one-on-one assessment you can identify HOW you can live the life you have always wanted to live. Life REVIEW consists of a team of professionals; nutritionists, personal trainers, stylists, hairdressers and makeup-artists, with referrals also faciliated to psychologists, general practitioners and pathologists if desired. Life REVIEW gives you complete control to improve your life, your way.

There are points in each of our lives where we may feel as though we aren’t the best versions of ourselves. Perhaps we don’t look the way we used to; perhaps you feel as though you need a new ‘fresh’ look or perhaps you aren’t quite sure what it that is making you feel run down, tired or dissatisfied with your life. An audit of your life (your past, present and future) will involve the consultant asking you a series of questions; with your answers to those questions possibly revealing something you may not have considered before. A personally customised Life REVIEW plan may then include solutions such as improving your well-being by supplementing your diet with a blend of greens (fruit and vegetables) that can be added to your favourite drink; taking meal replacements (vanilla shakes, to which you can add berries and other goodies high in antioxidants) to promote weight loss; or simply by improving your hydration through sports supplements taken before, during and after your work-out, to obtain the best possible results. Alternative solutions for greater satisfaction may include feeling more confident about the way you look on the outside, so you can feel better on the inside; whereby the personal stylist can source an outfit for a special event or create a seasonal wardrobe; a makeup artist can to show you how to look great every day and/or a hairdresser can transform your appearance. The Life REVIEW audit may also result in referrals to specialists, at your request, such as psychologists for counselling. This is your Life REVIEW, so it is done your way. The only cost is the initial consultation; however the $99 fee for the one-hour appointment will be waived in lieu of purchases made from the range of health, wellness or beauty products available to you.
