Life Designs NSW

Life Designs NSW is a non-profit community organisation providing care plan management and program facilitation for people with disabilities, older people and carers. Life Designs NSW is managed by Campbelltown City Council and funded by the following State and Federal Government agencies:

- Ageing Disability and Home Care

- My Aged Care

- Department of Health and Ageing

- NSW Health

We operate in South West Sydney regions including Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecaribee areas, providing support to people of all ages with disabilities, older people and their carers.

Life Design NSW is located at 14 Browne Street Campbelltown
