As you can see above, using the Life Chiropractic Studio Method I have helped people eliminate pain from their lives, increase performance and proactively create health like they've never seen before.

I wake up each morning driven by one core thing: At least ninety percent of the people in my community have NO IDEA how good their body is designed to feel, or what it is truly capable of.

For the last 50 years human beings have been getting sicker and sicker, despite the fact we spend more money on ‘health’ care, have more doctors, more technology and more drug prescriptions than ever.

My goal is to help people turn these morbid statistics around, and teach you to perform as the healthiest, best human being that you can.

When you come and see me my first concern is finding the underlying cause of your problem so I can eliminate your pain and symptoms, and prevent them reoccurring. My focus then shifts to empowering you to proactively CREATE your full health potential, which means increased resistance to disease, ability to cope with stress, increased energy, and the ability to do the things you love.

True health is so much more than being symptom-free, and my mission with Life By Design is to help you to experience life to it’s fullest potential.

Society is becoming increasingly symptom-oriented and focused on quick fix solutions. As a result, lifestyle diseases have become the biggest killers in Australia and we are progressively getting sicker, despite spending more and more on healthcare.

While crisis and medical care is an absolutely crucial necessity in our world and saves countless lives every day, it does not create health.
