Kellie has been a personal trainer for 7 years. Each year adding to her education and experience through studies in Physical and Health Education, Yoga, Meditation, Group Fitness Training, Studies in Sweden of Sport Psychology and Friluftsliv (Swedish outdoor education).
Kellie has worked a range of fitness settings including gyms in both Melbourne and Bendigo, running private outdoor fitness classes, bootcamps, seniors fitness, 1 on 1 and couples personal training and fitness in schools.
Kellie holds a current level 2 First Aid certificate and is a registered fitness professional with Fitness Australia.
