Whether you have been cooking for years, or just starting out, an adult or a young person, Erica's extensive experience and coaching skills will help you develop your own knowledge of food. LIFE and FORK cooking classes offer a range of classes, 1-1 or larger groups, with the ability to tailor a class to suit your needs whether private, corporate or special occasion classes.

The school offers Hands-on cooking classes in a variety of cuisines and where all cooking uses seasonal produce sourced locally in the acclaimed produce destination, the Macedon Ranges.
